These terms govern your use of https://dealinbox.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by DEAL IN BOX GENERAL TRADING - L.L.C, registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence number CN-5489319, at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to order from us.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative: colours vary between screens, and dimensions are as supplied by the manufacturer. Where a specification matters to you — a bulb fitting, a voltage, a size — check it before ordering and ask us if it is not stated.
Products are supplied subject to availability. Stock shown on the site is indicative and is not a guarantee that an item can be fulfilled.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is not accepted until payment is authorised.
Where a price is shown alongside a higher "was" price, the higher price is the sum of the individual items in that bundle, or our own previous selling price.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline it, including where:
If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.
We ship from international suppliers. Standard delivery is 10 to 15 days. That is our normal expectation, not a guarantee. Customs clearance, public holidays and supplier delays can extend it.
Delivery times run from the date we accept your order, not the date you place it.
We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Orders containing items from more than one supplier may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Any import duties or customs charges are paid by us. You will not be charged anything extra on delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Items that have been installed, wired, assembled, used or customised to order cannot be returned unless defective.
To start a return, email info@dealinbox.com or call +971 50 407 7744 with your order number and the reason. Do not send anything back before we reply — we will confirm eligibility and either provide instructions or arrange collection.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–14 working days of us receiving and approving the returned item.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law, including your rights where goods are faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
You may not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to resell our content.
The site, its design, its text and its images are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs action, carrier failure, natural events or supplier insolvency.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction.
